Stockholm Pride celebrates its 25th anniversary, and as usual, there will be a large parade through Stockholm. Here you can follow the parade and see today’s best pictures. On Saturday afternoon, it is time for this year’s pride parade in Stockholm. The parade starts at 13:00 at the City Hall in Kungsholmen and then continues via Hantverkargatan, Stadshusbron, Tegelbacken, around Rödbodtorget, Vasagatan, Kungsgatan, Sturegatan, and Lidingövägen. Approximately two hours later, they expect to arrive at Östermalms IP. The recommended spectator areas are along Vasagatan and Kungsgatan up to Hötorget, as well as Stureplan to the Stadium. The entire walking distance is 4.5 kilometers. Stockholm Pride recommends that spectators avoid Kungsgatan between Sveavägen and Birger Jarlsgatan due to roadworks that make it difficult to see. Stockholm Public Transport recommends that those moving around in Stockholm today take the subway, commuter train, or commuter boat. Here, Aftonbladet provides live reporting from this year’s pride parade. We will start this reporting shortly before 13:00. Feel free to send in your own pictures from the parade (no compensation will be provided).
