Angrepp i närheten av sjukhuset i Gaza stad

Smoke rises after attacks on Gaza city on Thursday.

Areas near hospitals in Gaza city have been hit in Israeli attacks on Friday morning, as the Israeli military advances into densely populated areas.

More and more civilians are fleeing south as a result of the fighting. Many have been staying in and around hospitals in the hope that it would be safer than in their homes or in shelters in the northern parts of Gaza.

Gaza city is Israel’s focus in its efforts to crush the terror-labeled Hamas after the organization’s extensive attack in southern Israel on October 7, when over 1,400 people were killed and around 240 were taken hostage.

The number of Palestinians killed exceeds 10,800, among them over 4,400 children, according to Hamas-led authorities in the Gaza Strip.
