Three people are arrested on suspicion of staging a robbery murder of a Swedish woman in Kosovo. Local media now reports that one of the arrested individuals is the woman’s husband, who is alleged to have paid for the murder to be carried out.
According to Gazeta Express, the husband is said to have admitted during interrogation on Friday that he ordered the murder of his wife and paid 15,000 euros before the murder and an additional 15,000 euros after the crime was committed.
In the incident on Wednesday evening, the woman in her 30s, who is from Bohuslän, was shot in the head in the capital city of Pristina. She was in a car with her husband and two children when they were subjected to what is suspected to be a staged robbery.
The woman was shot to death while her husband fled the scene with the couple’s two children.
The police in Pristina seized a pistol with 19 bullets and the car used in the robbery murder.
